Pastries

It is the answer to a big existential question: brownie or cheesecake? At Lilicup, we chose not to choose. Our Brownie Cheesecake combines the melting and intense texture of chocolate brownie with the creamy softness of a cheesecake. Born from a workshop experience, it has become one of our most beloved classics.

Our Cookie: crunchy on the outside, melting on the inside, generously filled with chocolate chips and enhanced with a hint of fleur de sel. Handcrafted in our Brussels workshop, it contains gluten.

Absolutely! Our pastries pair perfectly with our bites and our mini cupcakes to enrich a dessert buffet. For large quantities or bespoke events, contact us directly so we can help you create the ideal assortment.

The Cookie and the Brownie Cheesecake do indeed contain gluten.

They are best enjoyed on the same day or within 2 days of purchase, at room temperature. If you wish to keep them longer, you can place the brownie in the refrigerator and take it out 30 minutes before tasting to regain its softness. The cookie should be stored in an airtight container or wrapped in cling film.
